The hotel was close to everything, yet it was VERY peaceful. The room was HUGE and the entire hotel area was super clean. The staff members were helpful and attentive to all requests (they were always smiling!). The location made it easy to reach the centre and the Maspalomas dunes.

I found a very slight inconvenience in that hot water was not readily available after peak hours.

i stayed in a beautiful room and the landscape from the balcony was amazing. the bed was good and breakfast was delicious. the pool area has lots of space and loungers, i felt very relaxed.

the spa was a bit dated and some equipment needed repair. i think they should ask for money back if it wasn't included in the price.
